A Leadership Development Group for Women

This city group is for women who currently serve on the Grow Team and desire to grow in maturity, strength, and Christlike influence. It’s not a casual hangout, but an intentional space to be sharpened, encouraged, and equipped to lead from overflow. Our focus is less about doing more and more about becoming more - women who carry God’s presence into their homes, teams, and communities. Together we’ll explore biblical leadership, cultivate spiritual health, and practice the kind of influence that flows from intimacy with God and integrity of heart.

This group requires:
- Active service on the Grow Team. Not on Grow Team, but know this is for you? Attend Growth Track Sept. 7th and 14th
 - Commitment to consistent participation
 - A willingness to embrace accountability and growth
- A desire to lead with both humility and boldness

Curriculum: Each week, we will unpack the Bible together
